Real-person avatars are moderated If a user requests the creation or upload of an avatar resembling a real, identifiable person, that content is subject to a moderation process before publication or generation. Any individual whose likeness is used has the right to request takedown of that content. Verified takedown requests will be honored promptly. We do not knowingly permit the creation of avatars, voice clones, or likenesses of real individuals without appropriate rights or consent.

All such content is subject to moderation. Any individual whose likeness has been used without authorization may request removal, and we will take prompt action upon a verified request.
